10′ Waterfall Slides, Blow-Molded Molten Plastic, New for 2025!
FEATURES: Because blow-molding forms the whole component from one highly calibrated tube of plastic, the final product is dense yet light weight. Other manufacturing processes, such as roto-molding, result in final products that are porous and weigh more. Blow-molding uses a hollow tube inserted into a mold and filled with molten plastic. When air is injected, the tube expands, confirming the plastic to the shape of the mold. Watch a video of this fascinating process!
