FEATURES: Because blow-molding forms the whole component from one highly calibrated tube of plastic, the final product is dense yet light weight. Other manufacturing processes, such as roto-molding, result in final products that are porous and weigh more. Blow-molding uses a hollow tube inserted into a mold and filled with molten plastic.
